Additional devices, upgrades, or advanced features (continuous recording, expanded cloud storage, advanced analytics) add to the package cost. ASG Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our installs and equipment. If you are not satisfied after installation, ASG offers a limited Money-Back Guarantee subject to the conditions below. The guarantee is available only after ASG has made reasonable attempts to correct any system-related issue and has been unable to resolve the issue within the first six (6) months from the original activation date. To be eligible, Customer must maintain continuous professional monitoring and QSP (Quality Service Plan) from activation, return all equipment in good working condition, and comply with ASG’s return instructions. The guarantee is non-transferable and does not cover customer-caused damage, misuse, tampering, or conditions beyond ASG’s control. Refunds will be processed only after equipment return and inspection; shipping and restocking fees may apply. Full terms are provided at time of sale.

Theft Protection Guarantee
Eligible customers may receive reimbursement of up to $350 toward a homeowner’s insurance deductible if all Theft Protection Guarantee conditions are met. Eligibility requires continuous professional monitoring from the time of activation, timely claim filing, and full cooperation with ASG’s verification process. To request reimbursement, Customer must submit the signed Theft Protection Guarantee certificate, a written reimbursement request, a police report, and the accepted insurance claim within 60 days of the property loss. ASG reserves the right to deny reimbursement for incomplete or fraudulent claims or if the requirements are not met to ASG’s reasonable satisfaction.

General Terms
Total service cost may vary by market and system configuration. Municipalities that require guard response for alarm verification may incur an additional monthly fee. Where local alarm permits are required, Customer is responsible for permit fees plus a one-time processing charge. Offers, pricing, and product availability are subject to change. A satisfactory credit history may be required and a deposit might be requested. ASG products and services are available only within the 50 United States.
